Marie-Claude Savard has been a sports reporter for 15 years. She started out on the radio before joining Radio-Canada’s sports newsroom as a host, reporter and writer. She covered the activities of the Canadiens and the Alouettes, in addition to closely following the world of amateur sports.
From 2004 to 2011, she was part of the morning team of TVA’s Salut Bonjour. A true pioneer in her field, Marie-Claude became the first woman in North America to act as a live commentator of boxing fights in 2008, on a VOX show that she still hosts.
As a sports show personality, she has won several Artis awards voted by the public. Marie-Claude is also a collaborator of Dernière heure magazine.
